They have repaired multiple things in my home from installing a water heater, replaced a faucet, repaired one, unclogging a sink, checking for a broken pipe, ect. Every time they have been on time, polite, professional, and honest. They are definitely my one and only go to for all my plumbing needs!

    Unclog kitchen sink

They came out to my house under contract through my home warranty. We have a clogged kitchen sink. There were four guys who tried to snake the drain and failed. The lead guy said "Sorry, we can't get it but it wasn't for lack of trying." Then they closed the work order through the warranty saying that it wasn't covered under "normal wear and tear" after we paid a $100 deductible. It was a waste of time and money. I will never, ever use this company again.

    Fix toilet and leak
    $250

He came to repair the seal on our toilet which he did, but put the toilet on crooked and was upset that he had to come back and straiten it. We had a leak on one of our rentals and he said he went out there and we had to get a leak detector person to find the leak which we did. Then he talked to us and said he did not want to do the job period. He gave no reason for this. I would not recommend this company.

assess a possible leak with our guest bathtub/shower
    $150

Very punctual, polite, professional, and thorough. They analyzed all possible causes of our leak and thankfully determined the pipes weren't leaking. So, at least we know we can shower for rn. This leaves a few structural issues that may be causing the water leakage in wall. I'd definitely recommend them for any plumbing jobs. They worked very quickly and were very helpful and pleasant. They even adjusted my water pressure which I had been wanting since we bought the house.
