    When Afterdisaster first started on my house, there were definitely some issues and things were moving very slowly. However they made some personnel changes and from that point on things went well. I feel like they did everything they could to make up for earlier mistakes. They also did not charge for some things they did to rectify the earlier problems. I would recommend them. The owners do have good hearts and newer project managers know what they are doing. There were still slow downs, but that was city inspectors, Duke Energy, etc--I feel like the work they did on my house was great.

    The Superintendent was real good, but their painters sucked. They did the ceiling, plastered and they splashed. Instead of going around painting with a little sand paper in their back pocket, they would paint right over lumps and everything. The paint job is really bad. The worst I have ever seen any painter do. I can do a much better job myself. I have another rental house I sold. And I didn't have to go back to them one time to even fix the paint because they did such a nice job. Other than that, I have no complaint. The rest did a good job, however the painting crew is horrible. They need to fire them to get someone better.
