Agalliu Contracting

I recently bought a condo in Staten Island with my wife. Being in NYC and having these hoses built over 50 years, our home was in need of serious repair. My wife and I scouted different companies to do our kitchen and bathroom and luckily we stumbled upon Agalliu Contracting. We scheduled a walk through and estimation with them. Mat came by and was very thorough with the project on hand and was well informed of obtaining our needs. He showed us different ways of doing our kitchen and even offered to take us to get titles and kitchen cabinets from different sources. Through the whole process, the workers were very respectful and did a professional job keeping apartment nice and clean. The work was phenomenal we loved how our kitchen turned out, the bathroom equally. We are very happy with going with Agalliu and we'll definitely use them again and refer to friends and family for future remodeling.

I needed a full renovation for my kitchen to be done and after a lot of research I found Agalliu Contracting. I set up an appointment to have the Contractor, Matt, come take a look at the work scope. He was very pleasant and honest about what needed to be done. He shared great ideas about re-designing my kitchen so that I can have an open-concept layout and this is difficult to achieve in a small Manhattan apartment. I knew he was the best match as a contractor when I saw that his estimates were very detailed and organized. I felt comfortable signing with Agalliu Contracting because they promised quality work and that is exactly what I got. My kitchen renovation involved updating the kitchen cabinetry, floor tiles, backsplash, installing new appliances, painting and tearing down a wall. I also had some plumbing work to do for my dishwasher and sink. Overall my experience was stress-free and my renovation was completed with in the time expected. Everyone was very kind, professional and clean for the renovation process and the entire team was there for me when I had any questions all along the way. I highly recommend!

Matt is the total package. He facilitates design, provides suppliers where you can shop for your own finishes and is a great contractor. He works with his Dad who is a true craftsman as well. We agreed to a price upfront, and the price never changed as I chose different materials or design changes necessitated by the site. The final product is GREAT! Matt is easy to work with and I highly recommend.
