DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR – BEWARE OF JR ARNALDO FREITAS
Hiring JR Arnaldo Freitas was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I paid him $60,000 to complete work on my property, and not only was the work completely botched, but every aspect of it had to be redone by qualified professionals. That alone would have been bad enough—but it gets worse.
I also paid him a substantial amount specifically for materials, which he never purchased. Instead, he pocketed the money and lied about it repeatedly. When confronted, he promised to pay me back. He never did. He continued to stall, making false promises day after day, always saying, “tomorrow.” It became clear he had no intention of ever repaying what he owed.
I took him to court and won a judgment of $120,000 against him. He agreed to repay $2,000 every two weeks, but—true to his pattern—he has not honored that agreement either. He is a pathological liar and a con artist. There is no other way to describe him. He operates without integrity, without conscience, and without any sense of accountability.
If you are considering hiring JR Arnaldo Freitas, I strongly urge you to look up the court records under his name. The facts speak for themselves. This man is a fraud and should not be trusted under any circumstances.
Protect yourself—stay far away from this individual.
