Agile built my home in June of 2013, prior to moving several issues with the finishing of my home were notated by myself and Agile's owner. The owner told me and then identified the area of the contract that stated the items I had listed for repair would be taken care of shortly before I moved into my new home or shortly after. Once I had moved in Owner started with the excuses and tried several times to get me to agree upon a lesser outcome or nothing at all. Owner proceeded to fix or address the same issues that kept coming back worse or the same shortly after they had been addressed. Owner would make me wait weeks to months at a time for a response to my inquiries and on several occasions insisted that I was just being picky and on more than one occasion stated that I was a very large, heavy person and that the issues with my floors that I had since before I moved in were due to my mass not the floors themselves. Owner led me on for 3+ years with subpar fixes or just blowing me off and has now ceased all communication with myself or my wife. I have documentation, recorded conversations and witnesses to these issues, I have allowed Owner every occasion to make this right and up until he ceased communication he would state that I was the most difficult person he has ever had to work with and that he would have a document for me to sign stating our business together was concluded. Any reasonable person that had identified problems with the build of their home would expect the contract to be fulfilled, I'm not asking for extra, just what was agreed upon. Owner never finished the repairs to any reasonable standard and never furnished any other documentation for me to sign that would indicate he had fulfilled the warranty contract for my new home.
