Great experience! I got a full unit replacement within a WEEK of my old one breaking! The job got done in a couple of hours, and the techs were courteous and competent. Arnold did a great job of keeping me informed and answering all my questions. this choice is money well spent!

I had 2 other HVAC techs come and look at my AC, and they all said I needed an entire new unit. It didn’t make sense as my unit was not too old. A new unit was very expensive at the moment. Arnold was the 3rd HVAC tech that came by to look at my unit, he helped us by fixing the problem, and told us our unit should be good for at least 6 months but will need a new unit after that. That Unit lasted us another 2 years which gave us plenty of time to save for a new unit and when time came for to replace the unit, we contacted Arnold to replace our unit. That unit is still working great (3 years ago), and it came with warranty. He said he is a call away if we need him in future, but still haven’t had any problems.
