    Whole house remodeling
    $210,000

    Ahura team is simply superb. They finished, in 4 months .an addition plus extensive remodeling project that involved adding over 550 square feet to our home, extensive foundation reinforcement and stripping 80% of our home down to studs and rebuilding. I believe there are key points that differentiated Ahura:

    1. The culture of the company is based on a strong work ethic, honesty, integrity and courteousness. The workers were onsite, every day, early morning to late evening, unless blocked by city inspection timings (holiday closures in Dec/Jan). We increased the scope of the remodel quite a few times and we felt that the change order charges were very reasonable. The team accommodated all our requests and change orders.
    2. The team is run by ERshad, who is extremely sharp. This gives the Ahura team an edge in many ways. Ahura is a master scheduler and is able to manage his workforce in a way that leaves little down time. This leads to cost efficiencies that are passed on to customers. Ershad is able to think out of the box and things make this happen - we had a last minute change to place our microwave over the oven and he was able to shift things around to accommodate and make it look nice with a trim kit.

    3. The workers are super skilled at what they do and they take pride in their work. This has led to beautiful construction quality in record time in everything from framing to kitchen cabinets to flooring.

    Hire the team without a doubt. We could not be more thankful for them and for having our dream home in record time.

    Full house remodel

    We needed to remove a loadbearing wall and remodel the whole kitchen of our house, plus to change all the wood flooring throughout the house. Before the project started I talked to multiple contractors. I would say Ahura Construction was outstanding in both scheduling, profession, and pricing. They had given a very good price, and throughout the project, they were extremely responsible and followed what listed on the contract 100 percent. Also they applied the contractor's permit for me very fast and smoothly. Due to the deliver of my finish materials like cabinets and appliances, the project schedule needed some adjustment but they were very considerate and flexible. I talked to my project manager Ershad from the beginning to the end, it was very very impressive how good he was. I would recommend Ahura construction to any one who is doing a remodeling at home.

    2 Bathroom remodel

    We contracted with Ahura construction to upgrade 2 bathrooms and they did a fantastic job. Great communication, the project plan kept at least one bathroom functional throughout, absolutely zero corner cutting, great attention to detail, and very clean work. Ershad and crew were responsive, helpful, skilled and easy to work with. Their level of craftsmanship is something that every contractor should aspire to.
