Wow! I kind of have the same experience as the person above. They don't have a website and in this day and age, I go to google for everything. But in the end all the builders I had found on the web with nice websites couldn't help me with my project. I even had one builder to take a deposit and run off and ultimately in the end I relied on the referral of a Realtor I had worked with in the past who told me about Ainsley (I call him Patrick) and his father. This entire Duncan family are a quality bunch. They had a network of people that helped me with everything from obtaining a CP loan, to getting my plans modified and yes they completed my home....Its beautiful. I know many people rely on the internet and that's why I am sharing this online in hopes that it may help someone who needs a sincere person to work with. We enjoyed working with Ainsley and his Dad. They really listened to our concerns and helped us make sensible changes to our floor plan. The quality and workmanship are superior to anything we have ever seen. We were referred to them and happy to have worked with them, although in the beginning, I was skeptical because they don't have a website. Ainsley quickly explained 100% of his business is referral and the best testament to his work ethic was a satisfied customer and I definitely agree as I am here now sharing how wonderful of a person he is to work with.

REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE .....HAVE TO GET ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO FIX WHAT THEY DAMAGED AND REFUSED TO REPAIR..TOOK MY MONEY AND COULD NO LONGER GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM
