  My AC was down and David (air bulance llc) came over on a Sunday. In 5 minutes he claimed that my coil needed an acid wash (500$). He also said that he flushed the unit and the AC would start working right away. My AC never worked. The next morning I called a professional company they said the unit lacked Freon. Problem solved! I felt scammed and called the owner (Daniel) he tried to justify David’s actions by giving me the run around on how AC works. Avoid this company at all costs! You will be scammed!

  Using Airbulance for my air conditioning needs has been a great experience. They diagnosed my frozen air conditioner and got my home cool again quickly. The price seemed fair and they came out the same day I called them, I would use them again.

  AC FOR MY HOME

  I usually don’t write reviews, however I felt that this was an absolute must... Airbulance did an incredible job replacing our AC unit in our home. Vick and Masa are literally artist in the way they designed and installed our new unit. I was having some airflow issues and vick came out and fixed this immediately. David our salesman did a great job dealing with me... and all of my questions. We received the best service and I’m so happy we choose Airbulance . David and Everett have some of the most intelligent and personable staff I’ve ever dealt with. A HUGE Thank you to all of you.

  to fix my air conditioner

  My ac stop working on 4/9/2018, they were at my place in less than an hour. They were extremely nice and the tech knew what he was doing. I am very pleased with their services and their price was very reasonable.

  troubleshoot a/c

  In June, 2016, I contacted Home Advisor for recommendations for A/C companies to troubleshoot/repair problems I was having with the A/C portion of my HVAC unit. Air Bulance LLC was one of the companies recommended by them. I called Air Bulance LLC for an appointment and the technician arrived to troubleshoot my HVAC . After completing the work on my HVAC, the technician was very quick to promote their A/C service contract. I have had HVAC service contracts in the past, and decided that I would go ahead and purchase the 5-yr-at-price-of-a-3-year-contract offer. The technician gave me his phone number so that I could contact him personally if I ever had a problem. I recently attempted to call and the phone number he gave me does not accept incoming calls. So...NOW BEGINS THE SAGA: I called and spoke with a “David” and asked to make an appointment for a technician to come out to troubleshoot my HVAC unit because my A/C compressor started making a loud noise, and I felt I needed to shut the system down completely at the breaker box. They called me back to schedule but never showed up for the appointment. I don't even remember anymore what the reason for the no-show....so at this point I am without heat and A/C. I called back to let them know that I desperately need a technician to come ASAP to troubleshoot the noise coming from my compressor unit and that I shut the unit down and have neither heat or A/C. "David" told me he would schedule me and call me back with an appointment. "David" never called me back (another week lapsed) so again I called the 888-429-9027, the number given on my service contract, and spoke with a female who told me "David" was out of the country on a family emergency and he was the only one who scheduled the technicians. I told her to PLEASE get me scheduled ASAP, and she said she would call me back. She has never called me back. I am TOTALLY fed up by now, as getting scheduled for an appointment for service I have already paid for (5 year contract) in advance is IMPOSSIBLE to accomplish. I have notified this company by email that I want to cancel my (heretofore UNUSED) service contract and expect a full refund of my almost $400. I STILL have yet to hear anything from them. This is now going on a month since I have no heat or A/C and currently 62 degrees INSIDE MY HOUSE. This MAY be Florida, but COLD is COLD any way you slice it!!!! This is the absolute WORST customer service I have experienced to date!! I would not recommend Air Bulance LLC to anyone!! Home Advisor should take this company off their “recommended” list!!!!

  AIr Duct Cleaning

  I had them clean my air ducts in April of 2105. They "up sold me" a "UV light" for the inside of my AC unit. Total Cost was $900+.

  They also did not clean my dryer ducts that was included with my initial service.

  I also purchased a 2 year service contract (with included a cleaning ever 6 months). I made an appointment for September 2015 (the day of my initial service so I would not forget). They NEVER SHOWED UP! I was told they would clean the dyer ducts at that time.

  FINALLY I was NEVER given information on what my service contract would cover.

  I call their 800 number and it must have been answered my a cell phone. The person was impossible to hear (lots of back ground noise).

  I am very concerned that 1) I was over paid for what I got 2) I was "sold" a service contact that provided basically no service (except for another opportunity to try to "up sell me again"

  I would not recommend.
