  We have a laundry business in here. We have about eight dryer vents. I used to clean them with a local HVAC company. They work well with AC’s but not with dryer vents. I called Air Care Solution to clean two of them. They really were fast and clean. I cleaned six of them by Air Care Solution technicians. They are professional and affordable.

  I am writing this review to let you everyone knows about their work. They installed new AC from our house and they were much professional. Their technicians were much qualified. They knew their work quite well.

  This company should be closed down. They are dishonest. We had the same experience as the other customers. It is very common for them to hussel customers and convince them that they need more than what you called them to do. How coincidental that customers who units they service, go bad after they leave. What are they really doing?
  Our air condition was not working and after they serviced it, they told us we needed a new unit. They installed a new unit and it had the same problem as the old, only after two weeks of installtion. After much aggravation with them not wanting to send out technicians, they told us that we are responsible for our own repairs for the new unit that they installed. Why should a new unit that they suggested we needed have the same problems as the old? Obviously our old unit was not the problem, which they realized that it was a line that they did not want to take responsibility to repair. They told us we would have to pay for that service. They cost us a lot more for a problem they never solved. We did not need this addtional expense of a new unit. We pray that this company reap what they sow. God sees all things!

  I am so disappointed in Air Care Solutions. I responded to an Ad to clean my ducts, clean my dryer vent, and give me a new speical filter for $65.00. They spent a short time sticking a large vacuum in one vent which supposedly cleaned all my vents. They then tried to hussle me into get an anti-bacteria treatment for $350; when I said no, they came back and said they would do it for $185. Who cuts their price in half if they were being fair in the first place? I knew I was in trouble then. They then inspected my A/C inside and out and then told me I was low on freon. Since my A/C was only a few months old, I told them no thanks I would contact the company who had installed it. They never cleaned my dryer filter, never gave me a special filter, and then charged my credit card $70. Moreover, when they left my A/C wouldn't work at all and when I called them back they didn't even respond to the next day and then the lady was very rude saying they never touched my A/C unit. As it turns out, the company who installed my A/C is very reputable, came the next morning at 8:15 am, fixed my A/C and told me my freon was full. So, they were dishonest and I would never recommend them to anyone.
