In 2017 they replaced 4 a/c units in our home including a 1.5 ton, 2 ton, 4 ton, and 5 ton. They were a vendor of our contractor. They were supposed to install 3 back up safe guards. Overflow aux, pans, and protective cut offs. Only a month after moving into a completely gutted and remodeled home our a/c units back up systems failed multiple times 2 units. 1 caused a wall to buckle (in attic) and water to drip all over clothes in closet. You can imagine how much we spent with them…
When we called another more reputable company they told us we had no warranty on ANY unit. A company who installs is supposed to activate a warranty. They did’t and what would have been a $1200 fix became a $3800 fix.
Additionally the overall installs were awful. They did not add 3 redundancies to a few units.
We now have to revisit all units, potentially move them and complete redundancies.
Do not use them! I plan to post on any and all locations to warn people.
