They are beyond rude and unprofessional. Instead of wanting to fix the problem (which was very repairable, it was thermostat batteries) they tried to push my fiancee into getting a new system. They talked him into a protection plan, which he cancelled two days later. They still charged him the next month for what he already cancelled. Today, we get a text stating a tech was on his way. My fiancee called them and told them he cancelled in February. The woman on the phone was very snotty and said "Well, I guess I'm going to have to waste MY time and call all of my techs to not come to your house" and hung up on him. VERY RUDE OFFICE STAFF and they don't stop charging even when you cancel. Call anyone else but them!
