I am not sure they are real thourough. They fixed one of my units, recommended some add-ons and enhancements to my system, but in less than a week, I am without a/c again. My home warrenty service sent them my way...I am not saying they are bad, but I have had others in the past who made repairs, made no sales and installation recommendations, but repairs lasted well over a year. Personally, I cannot recommend them at all.
