When we purchased our home we had an AC unit installed, 2001. It was a 10 Seer unit and the price paid was 3,790.00 (I still have the invoice)
Recently I had a problem and needed parts. I contacted the company who is still at their same phone number and left a vm. Weeks later I had a call back, a vm. No further calls or followup.
I decided to call back and spoke to Rick who said to go ahead, take photos (since I live at least an hour away from their location) and he would get back to me.
I took the time to take photos and email them to him and that was about 2 weeks ago and no return email or call.
My feeling is firstly that we were abolutely robbed on the price we paid for this unit 12 yrs ago to this company. They grabbed the money and ran, no looking back for customers who only need small dollar service repairs (as this one would/should be)
At the end of the day I would NOT reccommend a company that you have to chase to get after sales service from.
He is also a fool because there existed an opportunity to discuss fully upgrading our entire AC and Heating system.
No worries, we have local people who are much more interested in customers than this company who apparently only likes the ones they can rob!
