I called American Home Shield last night when my AC quit working. The first firm they referred me to said they couldn't see me for a week. The temps here in Central Fl have been in the 100+ heat index for months. AHS then put me in contact with A/C and Heating Wizard and I was told I will get service today. AHS dispatched the order around 9:00 am this morning. I got emails immediately saying the service tech would be here by 1:00 pm. Kevin Glassford called me at 11:40 am and said he was on his way. He got here at noon, replaced the control motor, and got us cool air again. Excellent personality and did fast work....even partially in the rain. Wizards, you got a good one
