Air Experts installed our new AC system back in 2016. Used their maintenance contract every year. Scheduling was always a hassle getting anyone on the phone. And we noticed not much was done when a technician came over. So this time when we noticed a problem with the compressor unit we called another company that came right away and answered the phone after hours.
Turned out that our contactor was welded shut and the blower capacitor was rusted clear through. Both are maintenance items that should have been caught on our routine AC checks. But Air Expert technicians either aren't licensed or don't know how to do an AC maintenance check.
I spent $700 getting our AC back in order. Feel like a sucker paying Air Expert technicians for doing nothing all these years. I now have a new AC maintenance contract with a much better company that is responsive and knowledgeable. -

Air Experts did the work but their follow up was not good. The installer did a couple of things wrong. I was lucky my son was at the house when the air conditioner was not working. The person who came out said there was some errors done the day they installed the air conditioner and took several days to correct!

I purchased a new A/C unit in March (2024) and was told that my warranty would be mailed to me. Nearly 4 months later I have not received my warranty. I was told that the "accountant" that files warranty information is behind schedule, since they only have one person to handle warranties for all their clients. I indicated that this excuse did not seem realistic and tried to ask when my warranty could be expected. However, the customer service rep kept talking over me and interrupting me and eventually hung up on me. Very unprofessional and aggravating. I should have done more research before hiring this outfit.
