First, I'd like to say that I have never written a review for any item I've purchased. Crazy I know because whenever I go to Buy a product I always read the reviews. About a month ago when we got that early heat wave I tried my AC. No luck. Air Flow came out checked the unit advised to purchase a new system. My old system was installed over 10 years ago. I checked around and was pleased to find Air Flow was also very competitively priced. By the way, no names but the people who drive the big blue van's were higher. Installation was delayed because of rain. I did receive a call the afternoon before explaining in case of bad weather it may be pushed back later in the day. I'm giving them five stars out of five stars. I am very pleased and wearing socks to warm my feet, new unit seems to be much cooler than when the old one was working. Home owner North Chesterfield
