If I could give them a zero, I would.
They were chosen for us by our warranty company to do our AC repair.
The tech came late & did not fix the problem. We tried to call them 2 hours later to tell them the AC is not working....the number listed is not a working number. So, my husband found a text they had sent us contacted them via text. They said we would have to contact the warranty company. We had just paid them $100 for the warranty deductible & they refused to come back out to fix our ac. It’s been a week now & our air is still messed up. Communication is terrible!!!! They were scheduled to come yesterday 12-4. Nobody came! No text or call or email to say they were not coming! Had to check the warranty site to see that they had cancelled.
My husband texted them asking for a working telephone number.....
This has been a nightmare.

They came out and fixed the problem very quickly and all I had to pay was my deductible. Also recommended them at the refrigeration facility that I manage and they've been great. 5 stars
