I called air innovations on a weekend they came out within the hour & fixed my a/c unit....couldn't beat the price or believe it. they only charged me $80.00 for everything the company I used prior wanted $180.00 just for the service call. that's the only reason I am writing this review. I also am a tradesman and understand you cant please everyone. anyone can give anyone a bad review for any reason

I had a great experience with this having my basement flooded during Sandy i was worried how I would be able to clean up and move forward. I had no Heat or Hot Water as they were both located in the basement. Frank came out personally and assured me it would be done within ten days to my amazement I had heat in 4 days and the price was Hundreds to Thousands less than some of the competitors estimates. My family was back in our house and have experienced no problems since. The Owner Frank contacted me personally to make sure I was satisfied! As I am in Retail Management I appreciate getting the same experience that I expect my employees to give.

My 21 year old central air conditioner stopped working. I called Air Innovations on a Sunday morning. To my surprise, my call was returned just a few hours later! Frank asked where I lived, and 15 minutes later he arrived. Diagnosed and repaired my compressor unit (blown capacitor), cleaned the cooling fins, checked coolant level and cleaned up after. All in record time! At a very affordable price as well ! I wouldn’t hesitate to strongly recommend Frank and Air Innovations!
