However, he charges travel time as well, which he doesn't state up front. After he spent 1.25 hrs at our house, he charged us for 2.25 hrs of work. So he will charge from the moment he leaves his driveway to the moment he gets back. His invoice isn't itemized, so this extra fee is hidden in the total. This is a deceptive practice, so in the area of business, I give him a 1/5.
