Air Mazing was assigned my work order through my 2-10 Home Warranty, last weekend, 5/11/18. As you might guess, it's super critical to keep the AC going, with rising AZ temperatures. Air Mazing was super responsive, and scheduled to come out the next morning, so I was thrilled. NOT SO FAST! I came to believe, however, that the haste to get to my work order was to nail me for extra charges on services that are not covered by my warranty plan. Foolish me, I paid for a drain line and coil cleaning, when that wasn't even the problem. $460 and 2 days later, the unit was continuing to fail. The real problem failed to be diagnosed by this guy. There is NOTHING amazing about this contractor, who went straight for the "low hanging fruit" to line his pocket, rather than diagnose & fix my AC.
