Air Mechanical installed the entire unit in our new construction house. Within 3 months of moving in the AC started blowing hot air. Air Mechanical came out (under warranty) and advised the system was "low on Freon" and filled. The same thing has happened 3 more times and the last two times they advised the system has a leak that they can't find. The last visit the bill was $245.00 just to refill the system. As anyone who knows anything about refrigeration systems know Freon should last forever. To continue to add Freon to a system they installed and charge each time is a scam.
