I live in an older house that doesn't have any existing duct work, but I really wanted central air in the house. I called several places and I couldn't even get anyone to come out and give me a quote! I finally found Air Medic on Yelp and called them. Jay called me back in record time, came out with Doug the next day, gave me a quote, and came back early the next week to do the job. It was a lot of work and they did the whole thing beautifully and in record time! I now have a quiet, efficient central air system in plenty of time for the summer - hurray!
A lot of men will come to my house and talk down to me, because honestly, I know basically nothing about the mechanics of making my house work. Jay and Doug never did that to me. They explained everything patiently and kindly. Anytime I had a question, they'd stop and answer. I always felt safe and comfortable around them. They also made sure to clean up everything after they were done for the day, which I really appreciate. I would hire them again in a minute and recommend them unreservedly!
