I specifically reached out to the manager, I believe Michelle, and expressed that I was dissatisfied with the service of one technician and asked her not to send him to my home again because I wasn't comfortable with him.
The following appointment the SAME man shows up to my home. I asked her why she would do such a thing and she replied, "because he's familiar with the project."
Michelle you put me and your employee in a dangerous position.
If someone expresses they aren't comfortable with a worker, don't send them back to their home. Shame on you.

I would highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning or plumbing needs.
Over the years I've had contact and dealt with dozens, and dozens of different companies like this, and I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call him again.
The technician showed up on time, had all the pieces and parts he needed unlike others that I've dealt with in the past, and he had all of the specialized tools he needed to get the job done.

Air Pro Master recently visited my home to improve my air quality. I usually use another company but they got out of hand with the pricing and their effort of work was not like it use to be. When we made the switch to Air Pro Master we noticed the difference right away! My outside valve to add water to the swimming pool was leaking and the valve was coming loose on its own. I called my home warranty company, and they sent Air Pro Master LLC. The technician came, looked at the valve and told me I had to call a pool company, then left, he wasn't even here two minutes. Then the pool company told me that I need a plumber to replace the valve (which is what I knew to begin with). The technician from Air Pro Master should have replaced the valve (or at least quoted me a price to repair it). He obviously didn't want to bother with doing his job (even a pay job), I guess he had someplace to be. Don't advertise plumbing services when you have incompetent people that can't even replace a valve. But after reading some of the other reviews, and my experience, I can see why others also gave them bad reviews.

I feel like they cheat people out of their money, especially the elderly.It's very unprofessional of this business to do to people. (especially retired senior citizens on a fixed income)
