Air Select was contracted to install the system in my new home being built. The systems have never worked properly and now 3 months after being in the home and now that it is cold, my heat only works on 1 side of the home. After a week of not having heat and trying to get this resolved, all communications have stopped and the system still is not working. I will now have to hire a new contractor to fix their install.

Air Select placed two heat pump units in our new home in Winterville. Both units were incompletely installed; neither drain pan was the correct size; drainage lines were improperly placed. Some air returns were completely unhooked from one of the units. The main unit stopped working and when restarted created leaks that caused sheetrock to have to be repaired by a third party. This work was done for Tom Ellis Construction of Athens. Overall, a terrible experience so far, both with the builder and the AC work..
