He came at 7:00 at night as requested, and gave me a much less expensive alternative to replacing an entire air conditioning unit. I let him do the work. Seemed very knowledgeable and conscientious.

I made an appointment with William Noe , and he came promptly. I thought we were going to have to replace the central air system, based on what another contractor had told me, but he said the leak was small. He squirted in some stop-leak and added freon to replace what had leaked out. The prognosis was that we could see many more good years with our central air system before it needs to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty and true desire to solve our problem simply, rather than make big bucks off of us. He also took time to look at the duct layout and make a suggestion that could help get more air to the room addition. We would definitely use him again.
