These reviews had me nervous. I can't speak for the other reviews only my experience. Heather called and set up an appointment within the 2 days my Home warranty company said they would. (America first home warranty.) They said they'd be out tomorrow between 1 and 5. Which surprised the heck out of me because it is the peak of summer and I thought they would be swamped. Maybe they are but they made time. The guy arrived ar 3 in the afternoon, was kind, and informative. I asked a lot of questions because I like to learn. He had the parts needed. Compasitor (and a box compasitor I didn't even know was part of my unit. He said he would have had a universal motor in his truck if it had been that too ... so he from how it appears tends to have what he needs. He got it up and running. Checked the freon and that was that. Didn't try to sell me other services, didn't try to say I wpuld owe for special parts. He came to my home, and got the job done. In my experience I am pleased. True person here. True review. My name is Diane Chattaway and if you look me up and ask about this company I will say yes ... yes I did write the review. My experience with them was a good one.

Mark the owner...came to my house told me I needed evaporator coil for e AC unit... The part and labor cost me 840.00 out of pocket my warranty first American paid the rest.. After he installed ithe coil I still experience the same problem my AC wasn't cooling.. He then told me that it was my compressor but he didn't know that my compressor was less than year old..I called the warranty company to find out what to do because the compressor should have a warranty.... They said that the warranty was good for 1 year... Instead of send AC solutions back they sent the company that installed the compressor last year... They did a diagnostic on the unit said the compressor is.good... If air solution had did the same thing they would have known it was not the compressor... Now I'm wondering if I really needed that eval coil???

I was forced to use this company by my home warranty (First American Home Warranty). We called for issues with our HVAC System 1. Short Cycling on compressor 2. Compressor shuts off before set point on thermostat is reached 3. Very low air supply at air vents. The technician (Mark) came out to our house and looked at the system for less than ~15 mintutes for diagnosis. He said we have a split system (upstairs/downstairs) and we should run our system off set from each other so we have more airflow. He also said, WE HAVE NO ISSSUES WITH OUR SYSTEM. I wouldn't have called them if we didn't. He left without doing any true diagnosis. He even left the covers to my panels on the ground after he left. He has no attention to detail. After we did what he said after a day or two, we are still having problems. I left several calls and messages to get him back here to fix the problem. I had to call my home warranty to get ahold of him; then he admits the control board is broken. I cant understand how he is so dishonest and still in business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SHADY PRACITCES LAZY

Went through my home warrenty to fix my upstairs ac unit 2 months ago. They came out and said they need to order the part. Didnt say what part. Found out through warrenty companys that my compressor is out. I have called several times to get an update, left messages, no call back. Now my home warrenty is looking for another company to come out and service my unit. Now, still, here we sit in 86-90 degrees upstairs. This company is a joke. DO NOT USE!!! How can you run a successful buisness this way?

Terribly unprofessional company! My warranty company, my electric company Al had documentation stating there was an issue with my a/c and their technician said it was a “dirty filter” that caused my a/c to run all day to cool inefficiently. We changed the filter and the problem persists while my electricity bill skyrockets to $700!! They are reassigned to come back since it hasn’t been a month since they last came and there is still an issue. Heather argues with me on the phone before she even is able to bring up documentation about what her technician did at my home! She made excuse after excuse that made no sense. I was calmly asking her to clarify my questions. She stated that although my a/c was running all day, it was running so it was working! What!? Excuse me!? The owner Mark got on the phone to tell me to find someone else to deal with it and he’d tell the warranty company he wasn’t dealing with it. I put in a complaint with my warranty company so I never have to deal with their terrible service again but maybe the customers they lose will be a reprieve since they only have one technician! I hope my company terminates their contract with them. I knew it was sketchy when they had no website, no Facebook and then reading the review I could find only. Good riddance!

If I could give 0 star I would! They came out to see what's wrong. Told me that my compressor had an issue and got it replaced. not even a week. My ac had issues and I called them since they didn't fixed anything and no one came bk. I had to call someone else. Terrible terrible service! I'd rather ask a dog!

They came out to do a service inspection for my home warranty company. They left while telling me they recommend replacing the units. I have been calling and leaving messages for Mark and he never returned any of my calls or texts. I leave text messages and there is no reply text. Terrible customer service communication. All I want is a copy of my service report from them and I cannot even get in touch with their company or anyone.

Air Solutions was assigned by my home warranty company and I have been pleased. They are friendly, quick to get in touch with and schedule. Heather has been amazing on the phone and Mark and his guy tell it straight. Have been timely and considerate.

HORRIBLE service. About a year ago, we had air conditioning issues. They came out and said nothing was wrong. (through our home warranty) We had to pay another contractor to fix the problem and get credit from our home warranty. We had an appointment today, rescheduled from last week. A heating issue, the dispatch lady, said they were 30 minutes out. Two hours later, I received a text from my home warranty the job was reassigned. Air solutions canceled the appointment and did not call or text.
NO COMMUNICATION FROM AIR SOLUTIONS regarding the cancellation. If you have a choice, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Note I don’t typically write reviews; this is the first review I have done in YEARS. So use them as your peril.

Air solutions came to my house on a warranty call, and he told me my unit was a block of ice that needed to be turned off for 24 hours before he could evaluate it. I followed him into my crawl space, and it was not a block of ice. Next he took the cover off and recommended that the unit be replaced. He was on the verge of walking away when I told him that my thermostat had no power, and that was one of the reasons why I called in a claim. I asked that he return my unit to the working status it was before he came.
He went into the crawlspace and did I don’t know what, and my thermostat has power again. He walked away from it refusing to discuss anything with me further, as he would not be accused of braking my unit, and that was the reason why I had placed a warranted claim! He now claims my unit is fine, and no recommendations will be made to my unit. In fact he got in his fan and drove away!

The technician was completely unprofessional, and if it was not for the warranty I would never have this company back!

These clowns don’t do the job they are contracted out for. We have now been waiting weeks for anyone from that company to contact us as we had been notified the part is sitting there waiting for them to pick it up. We call and leave voicemails and no one ever calls back. Don’t use them! Totally unprofessional and a joke of a company

Would never recommend them to anyone. Didn't care about my family in a hot house told the parts people they shouldn't talk to me.thw part came in on a Friday but they put it on Monday, so my aircondition is not working again i called then text no reply its been a week,no problem i called a real professional to fix it..! Yall need to close down period the end

Air Solutions arrived on time, inspected the AC unit, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. All within an hour of arrival. Did a good job and is much appreciated.

My home warranty company contacted Air Solutions to fix a broken heat pump condenser at a rental property. They contacted me and set up an appointment for two days later. They then called back later that same day and said a slot had opened up the next morning. They showed up on time and had the unit repaired very quickly. It was an overall great experience and quick service, which was a welcome change over other companies I've used in the area.
I highly recommend Air Solutions!

Mark Placa, with Air Solutions, did an outstanding job rectifying my troubled heat pump unit. Initially, my home warranty company, First American, was unable to locate a company that could accommodate my emergency but then contacted Mark and he immediately came to the rescue. When he arrived, he informed me that he cannot leave a customer without A/C. Mark took it personally in completing the repair. He was very professional, proficient, and is truly an expert. If I encounter any other HVAC issues, I will insist to my warranty company that Mark Placa, with Air Solutions is called. Mark is truly an asset to the company.
