This company was contracted by our home warranty, american Homeshield. They went to our unit 3x within 2 months to repair a broken AC. The first 2x, they put in freon and never tried to look for leaks. The 3rd time, supposedly they found a leak and repaired. The 3rd call back was supposed to be a fully covered expense, including the freon. I informed Brigett this. But when the tech guy comes in, he wanted $453 payment for freon or no work. AHS said this vendor shouldn't have had me pay. Now Im trying to call this place, but no call back. Ripoff.
