I put in a work order through my house ins. Warranty and they can’t call back in 24hrs.So I called and the receptionist is unprofessional , doesn’t know the contractors schedule, they don’t have solid answers if their coming out the day she tells you... the office does not answer phone calls or return voicemails. Once I recommend a new company to come out she leaves a vm saying the guy is overbooked and probably can come tomorrow around ummm 12-5. Don’t waste your time or have complications with your schedule , they don’t have a solid YES answer if there coming out to work the day they tell you. If the receptionist is poor at her job I wonder if the techs are my moneys worth
