We offer a variety of services from preventative maintenance contracts, duct work and replacement, service on existing units to replacing the old worn out units. We also offer air duct cleanings as well. We offer our services to residential and commercial customers.

i have been trying to get in contact with this company for the past 3 weeks. i purchased 2 hvac units for house and along with them a "warranty “of $900 each.
the time comes that i need to use this "warranty" and i can’t get anyone on the phone to come service my units. it has been a consistent 90 degrees hot in my house for the past 3+ weeks now. clearly, they are not honoring this service contract i purchased. there main number is listed everywhere. Ending in 2400. and they do not answer this line. it is always a voicemail. no one ever returns my calls or voicemails
Finally found a phone number off the Better Business Bureau website for these people. Sounds like the owner’s name is Randy. He doesn’t answer the phone either, but after I left a voicemail for first time calling Randy. someone calls me back on the MAIN PHONE NUMBER ending in 2400 I’ve been calling for the past three + weeks. Christina, the one that I finally talked to. Which is telling me they do have access to this phone number and they are getting the voicemails. clearly, they're "choosing" to not return any calls or voicemails. She has no sympathy or empathy that I’ve been calling for so long. And then there’s apparently an afterhours assistant Maria; she’s completely useless. She’ll only communicate through text and even then, she’ll just stop communicating through text if she doesn’t feel like talking to you anymore.
I get an appointment for someone to come and look my unit. No one showed up for the appointment. No one calls. No Text, no communication. Now I have to start trying to get someone with this company on the phone again., no one answers all numbers listed.
Finally get a return text from Randy after I left him a voicemail again. Completely unprofessional this business. i wouldnt be trying so hard to get in contact with them if i didnt have this warranty i purchased on this units.
after texting Randy and him assuring me of an appointment with himself to make a visit. the time comes and no one shows again! not call or text. the owner himself won’t show for an appointment he sets for himself for a customer. so now thats 2 "scheduled" visits i have made with this company and no one showed. no one called, text nothing. weeks later i still have not gotten a follow up from no one with this company. i spent all this money getting this hvac system install and purchased a warranty with them and they are not honoring this purchase. avoid business with this company. -

I recommend this company for their attention to detail and knowledgeable skills to do the installation right.
My experience is that I appreciated the friendly customer service provided by this company. I called the office to have my troubled A/C unit check out, Soon, I was politely visited by two representatives, Bill and Quade, who assisted me in selecting a new air/heating packaged unit. They thoughtfully inspected my home and suggested the correct size needed. After seeing the benefits and maintenance policy, I purchased the unit. A delivery and installation date were set. The installers, Blake and Chris, arrive on time and ready to start work. I was very satisfied with the outstanding professional and expert effort they gave to complete the job in a timely manner. Air Time is a family owned company which you see much of anymore. They came out gave me quote and replace my unit all in 24 hours. I now have an annual maintenance agreement for all my Air conditioning units. Top notch company and a pleasure to work with.
