I'm assuming Lien Kim is the owner and operator. Work order was dispatched through my home warranty. It took 2 days to schedule. It was over the weekend, ok, fine. He says he'll arrive between 5pm-8pm. Prior to his arrival, he had advised us to shut off the unit since it had frost on the outside coils. When he arrived he said it was a duct issue and that it wasn't covered, which it was. He then said he couldn't get a hold of my warranty and that he would bill them and left. If we wanted to have him do work, we needed to pay him for it ourselves outside of our standard work order fee. He then left without providing a receipt or explaination. This was the most unprofessional experience and would never recommend him. I've recommended our home warranty to drop services as a vendor. It's bad enough to have no A/C for 2 days during Texas summer.
