Unreliable company.They installed our air condition and furnace in 2007 but we’re always having a problem ever since.Our unit Lennox brand is always leaking & technicians has to come back every year to refill it with Freon.They can’t find the source of the problem.A week ago, we were told that it was the evaporator causing the leakage & it will take 2 days to give us an estimate.We never had an estimate for the evaporator..

We had an air conditioner installed while our house was rented out. In spite of clear instructions, they put the condenser in the middle of our patio, instead of close to fenceline as requested. Their excuse was that the tenant told them it was OK to put it there. We were the ones paying.
To add insult to injury, when we asked them for a competitive cost to fix their mistake, they gave a really high cost and acted surly saying it wasn't their fault that their people listened to the tenants. It should have been fixed for free.

The Worst Company Ever!!!!!!
Air-Tro replaced and installed my furnace in my hallway closet where the other furnace was. It didn’t pass code….they placed the gas line in front of the furnace blocking any repairs that would need to be fixed when necessary. Air-Tro had to come back and relocate the gas line. The technician said…”they place the gas line in front of the unit all the time”….”it just depends on what inspector you get if it’s going to pass”….Bob the owner of Air-Tro got mad and blamed us for this”. In my opinion, Bob is a shady, underhanded business owner that lies about the customers bad reviews and always blames the customer for his wrong doings. My thermostat keeps shutting off with a 411 service urgent code..Bob says that’s my fault and the unit is fine. Lenox has a major problem with these smart thermostats and Lenox knows it and so does Air-Tro…they will do nothing to replace the thermostat or any other part that needs to be replaced.. Do Not Buy Lenox And Do Not Do Business With Air-Tro….Air-Tro is not affiliated with the BBB..
Look at all the other reviewers….Bob will respond to all the bad reviews and lie about the review and call the paying customer a liar. Please Note… Bob never apologizes for any mistake they make and offers to reach out to the customer to correct / repair / replace any and all parts….Ridiculously, Outrageous Criminal Behavior From This Company……..?????????
