I recently purchased a home in Morgan Hill and as a requirement of the sale, the prior owners installed an AC unit in the home. The home had recently upgraded the furnace and it was fully compatable with an AC unit. The onwers contracted Mike at Air Wolf.
The first time that we used the AC, we realized that there was an issue with the installation. Water was leaking thrugh the condensor section all over the garage. Everytime we run the AC, we collect about a gallon of water in a pal. There was a pump installed but it is clearly not installed correctly. I called Mike several times without a return call. I finally reached him and explained the problem. He told me that he never did the work at my house and subcontracted it to a relative. He didn't want to come to the house and repair the work- he insisted that his subcontractor due the repair. I was patient- I just wanted it fixed. After days without a call or follow-up, I continued to call and text him. He ignores texts and will not return calls. It has now been four weeks and I am hiring someone else to repair the installation.
I will be filing a complaint with the state and city. It has been very frustrating trying to get him to stand behind the poor quality of this work.
