replace carpeting

Never, the installers did a poor job installing my carpet. There are two seams that are very noticeable and Romano's will not fix the problem. Two guys from Romano's came to my home and first guy told me just to run a sweeper over the carpet, the second came and told me he would ask his boss if he could run a steamer over the carpet, well that never happened.
