This vendor provided an inspection of an HVAC system for a home I purchased. I did not choose this vendor. His assessment was the system was working Okay at this time. Found out shortly there after that it wasn't. I had to make those repairs. Also found the air filters hadn't been cleaned in years yet this was part of his inspection. The secondary unit wasn't installed properly yet that wasn't identified in the report. I had this fixed as well. I would strongly recommend finding a reputable vendor. I recognize things can be missed but there was alot overlooked that an experienced vendor would have noted as part of an HVAC inspection. I also suspect the homeowner was well aware of these issues.
