BUYER BEWARE....I purchased 4 units over the past 3 years and have had problems with 3 of them from Air One. The most recent 3 year old unit was not functioning properly and was making a very loud noise through the vents in the house. I called Air One and was told that it was the coil but that it was under warranty only to be handed a bill for $595 which was absurd for a part that was under warranty. I was charged $55 for shipping?? Shipping of what??Labor -$130, Line Dryer- $125 and refrigerant -$285. Price gouging!!! This company does not care about its customers. And that still never fixed the loud noise. I had to call out a reputable company who had to replace the motor and while they were there showed me where the UV light in the unit had been removed by AIR ONE on the previous service call. Steer clear of this rip off company.

I’ve tried contacting you numerous times about this situation and ended up speaking to your property manager instead. You were informed of the charges and what the repair cost would before any part was ordered or work was started. . You approved the repair and agreed to the amount as stated in the invoice. If you felt like we were price gouging or charging too much you were free to refuse the service! I apologize you felt as though the repair was too much but the manufacturers warranty does not cover everything! Best of luck in the future!

find another ac guy this guy is a rip off. I bought a new ac unit installed i was told the first year service call was included at no charge and they would even call me and let me know when the service was due. 1 year later no call no service call. 3 years almost to the day the ac stops working. I call and am told only parts are covered by warranty and they would have to charge me to check the unit to see what's wrong with the unit. bad customer service and does not back his work.
