BEWARE this company is formally known as Jeffries Waterproofing Inc. Nothing is different but the name. I had an interior drain system installed in my home this spring. It had to be removed within 2 months! I was given a "lifetime, fully transferable warranty." A warranty that is NOT worth the ink or paper it is written on! I had problems with the system within HOURS of their departure. After MANY no call, no show appointments and pipes falling out of placement, I contacted the owners for remediation. They promised to replace the whole system (it was that BAD). They failed to preform the reinstallation, and we asked for a refund. They agreed, but again, failed to honor their promises/gaurantee/warranty! If you have had the misfortune of doing business with these lying, theiving, grossly incompetent and negligent people contact N.J. BOARD OF MASTER PLUMBERS OR N.J. CONSUMER AFFAIRS IMMEDIATELY!!!
