All I have to say is that no employee, including the owner of Airways Heating & Cooling, has permission to step foot on my property ever again. Those thieving bastards stole personal/private property right out of my house and the owner acted as if I was lying to him and really treated me as if I was wrong to report this to him. He had the nerve to ask me if I have a camera and/or if my neighbors have a camera on their house that could have recorded any of his employees removing my property out of my house. I filed a police report with the local PD here in Columbus - although, that's as far as it went. I NEVER heard from any police officer or detective that was assigned to the report. I did call to follow-up on the report a few months later, and I found out the name of the detective, but he NEVER called me back.

Airways Heating and Cooling quoted me along with 5 other companies. We went with them because he did not try to upsell me and he seemed to be accurate and honest. One of my neighbors is a HVAC tech for another company and verified everything Airways said to be accurate. They installed a full new system for us including an AC unit and a new furnace. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and communicated well. I will definitely used them for my HVAC needs moving forward.
