Not only is Brady Underground EXTREMELY expensive compared to competing companies, but the owner of the company didn't do what I thought I hired him to do and what was stated in verbal conversations. I had several verbal conversations what needed to be done to replace my sewer line at my house and I was assured that "he would take care of it"; however, the contract I signed (which I thought was for a full sewer replacement) was actually only to the curb (he stated in the contract that he would replace 40 ft and confirmed verbally that he could get everything by going under the road). This misrepresentation of what he actually did vs. what he verbally confirmed he was going to do, cost me a substantial amount of money to finish the job correctly. To finish the job (complete the sewer replacement), which I thought I hired him to do, I had to pay an additional $7,425. The work he actually did for me cost $6500, other companies told me that they could have done the same work for $1400. I tried to talk to the owner of the company to get some sort of reimbursement for what was verbally promised, but he said he did what the contract stated (even though that isn't what I requested and thought was included when I signed the contract). I made a bad deal and got screwed out of a lot of money because I went with the lower quote and didn't verify how many feet were needed for a full sewer replacement (I took the word of a contractor). I am a single mother and embarrassed I made such a bad deal. I don't want others to experience the same issues I had with this company. Please make sure your contract states exactly the work you want/need completed. Even better yet, I would highly encourage you to use another company.
