    Cary (plumber) did a good of job replacing (1) water shut-off valve (hot water tank to humidifier)and he replaced a general 1099 (humidifier) solenoid that had stopped working. It took about 1.5 hours to complete the job. I was told the initial service call would be $95.00. The reason the rating wasn't higher is because of the ripoff price of $394.00 they charged me to complete the task. I blame myself for paying this shameful price, after watching what was involved in this repair. The replacement solenoid might have cost $100 and the water shut-off valve might have cost another $20 tops. This means the 1.5 hours of labor was probably in the $274 price range. I should have gotten an itemized price breakdown to understand their cost structure. My bad. The price of the job was given up front. Let the buyer beware of this company's pricing practices and I would never recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal in fair pricing practices. Steve J. (Troy, Mich.)
