    $125,000

    We worked with Claudio to gut renovate our UES apartment. We spent $125K for new a new kitchen, flooring, bathroom, recessed lighting, new paint job, and other cosmetic odd jobs around the apartment like changing sliding doors to traditional doors. To say it kindly, his work needs improvement. Our flooring is coming up and there are large gaps between the wood panels where you can visibly see glue. The tiles in our shower are coming up as well and he didn't use the correct equipment to cut our tiles so the edges are jagged instead of cleanly cut and straight. Two of our cabinets have fallen off at the hinges. For an apartment reno that is less than a year old, all of this has been very disappointing.
