Stephen Bono

I have to say at first look the work was great! But one night while I was having a party we turned on the lights and there was the ceiling looking as awful as it could because the sparkling work was not done properly. I called Stephen to let him know that I need him to see it. he asked me to send pictures which I did but he never called me back. When I called him again he said the ceiling sparkling was not in the contract so he can't come at no charge. When I started to explain to him the details of what we talked about of the first day he hung up the phone on me.
Customer service/satisfaction should be a business priority....
