I have Ameriacn Home Shield warranty and AJS was assigned to my case. Nathan a really nice technician came out twice and finally figured out the compressor went out and I have my own freon which I keep on hand because AC repair places want to charge 80 to 105 a lb when I buy 25lb's for $70 which I less than $3 a lb. Never had an issue with any other contractor because by state law a contractor is require to use any material that you supply as homeowner. However AJS's owner stated that if I wanted to use my own freon he would transfer my repair call to someone else since he wasn't able to gouge me on the freon price and make an extra $800 in profit. Stay away from this place.

In the summer of 2019 AJ's put an air conditioner system in my home. It was a Goodman unit. With in a year it was making a noise so we called them back out. Hank put a new compressor on it. Then at the end of 2020, the system stopped working all together. We attempted to contact this company only to get the run around. I eventually got Adam's number, when I called him his response to me was "well, what do you want me to do". I explained I wanted him to make his services good. They showed up at our home unannounced, we were not home and had no power, they were to call us back to set up a time. Again this was at the end of last summer. I have attempted to call and speak to Murdock and have gotten no where. I feel I have attempted to work with this company But I'm saying to anyone STAY AWAY FROM THEM, horrible service, horrible customer service. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau and attempting to find another company. But buyers beware. THANK YOU AJ's FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Hank that works there is rude... before he came out my Ac was not cooling my whole house down. But it was half working . You can obviously read it on my thermostat. It was set to 73 and inside my house was reading 77. He said I just needed to clean my ductwork, when he opened the vents you felt nothing but cold air... so exactly how is that my ductwork problem? So he left. Then now my Ac isnt working AT ALL. The line going from my furnace to my ac is frosted so it's not normal... so thanks Hank.

This company told me they would be at my house to fix ac on a Wednesday after lunch no one called or showed up when I called Thursday I was told someone would be out that afternoon around 5 no one called or showed again. I have yet to get in touch with anyone and no one has called or been to my house. Horrible company and would never recommend this business to anyone. Horrible customer service.
