    new roof and new gutters

    I would like to write this review to acknowledge, the phenomenal roof consultation of A K GATSIOS INC.

    First, his (Alkis Gatsios) appearance and dress was very professional! He (Alkis Gatsios) was polite, friendly, and courteous! His knowledge and skill set, regarding the roof consultation, was very informative. As a result, my parents and I we’re able to make an informed, and quality decision, about the direction, we should pursue, regarding our roof and gutters.

    We requested bids from several roofers and are very pleased we picked your company (A K GATSIOS INC.) to re-roof and re gutter our home. Throughout the initial bidding process, we were impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Alkis Gatsios. He answered all our questions, educated us on roofing specifics and gave us the confidence to make one of the biggest single purchases one makes in a lifetime.

    Never thought doing our roof and gutters could be this easy! The management at A K GATSIOS INC. was very professional and technologically is up to date. They aim for perfection and quality with their work so they do not cut any corners. The job was completed in a one (1) day period with a GAF Golden Pledge Warranty.

     The crew was professional, polite, cleaned the job site completely and gave us a beautiful new roof and new gutters. We're most appreciative of their work and the results.     I used AK Gatsios to completely remove and replace our house and garage roof and siding. I am extremely happy with the results and will recommend this contractor. The owner, Alkis, is a really nice contractor to deal with. Very knowledgeable. From three estimates he was the cheapest one and also they used good quality materials. I will definitely use him for my future projects again.

    Replacement of roof

    A K Gatsios Roofing company did an exceptional job. The crew were caring and coordinated the job in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company for On-time delivery of services and completion of their tasks. Followed GAF standards in installation and Akis was attentive and addressed all my concerns.

    new roof

    My husband and I used AK Gatsios to completely remove and replace our house's roof, including the plywood underneath. We're extremely happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this contractor. The owner, Alkis, is a GAF "master elite" roofer, which qualified us for their wonderful Golden Pledge warranty, 50 years on materials and 25 years on labor! This also means he used all quality GAF materials and complied with strict golden pledge specifications. His crew of 10 were very hard working and completed the bulk of the work in 1 day, coming back just to finish up details. Alkis wanted to make sure we'd be completely satisfied with the results. He's very pleasant to work with, gave us a great price, and proved to be extremely honest and trustworthy. We're planning on hiring him to finish our attic next.
