Unprofessional, sloppy workmanship. AK Tile has no understanding of the installation of Schluter Kerdi waterproofing/uncoupling membranes and installs them improperly as such. Had to tear out and trash thousands of dollars in new material and start over again because of poor installation that leaked. Schluter confirmed this. Tile setting workmanship is poor as well, numerous voids in thinset with poor adhesion and uneven tiles. Steer clear of using AK Tile at all costs.
