Omg. Do not use this company. There are hidden fees. It will cost you a fortune and your problem will still not be rectified

We got our new gas boiler in 2012.A little over 2 years later, we had a problem with the gas valve. The guy came and replaced it in less than a half hour. The total charge was $700 with a contract that we were forced to sign for $99 or it would have cost more. Without signing and paying for that annual svc contract, we would have had to pay for the gas valve, a diagnostic change totaling, $945. What?
Just to come to the house, they cost a lot. I don't trust them and from what I've read on other reviews, they do seem to have hidden costs and fees, charging an obscene amount of money.
