    As a prominent real estate broker in the Modesto area, I have had the pleasure of working with Al and his team on a number of projects, and I've always found their work to be of superior quality and craftmanship. Al and his team don't simply get the job done, they approach each project with a level of craftmanship and pride seldom seen in today's "get-it-done" society. Every job, regardless of the size and scope, is treated with the highest level of workmanship, professionalism, and integrity...and you can be certain that if these guys are performing the work, it will surpass your expectations, without a doubt.

    Al Rosa Construction was fully responsible for us obtaining our dream home. The crew completely updated the home while fixing problems that had previously made the home un-sellable. Not only were we able to purchase our dream home when Al's team completed the job we moved into a "new home". They exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail, from the flooring, paint, roof and even updating older heater systems and custom making the harth. We would highly recommend Al and his crew for anything from your smallest job to a total remodel.
