Alain Bagagem Contracting

We recently hired Alain to do a project at our home. He seemed authentic enough but immediately there were issues with him not following his contract, trying to change the terms after it was signed, demanding lump sums of money when the contract specified other payments. We paid his a small fortune and it became apparent he was not using our money to buy materials for our project. He basically stole at least 10k from us before we fired him. He doesn’t show up til 11, 12 or 1 in the afternoon and they pack up to leave at 4:30 when they can work til 6. Even my tile person knew of his reputation and informed me after he didn’t pay for our tile. He is a shister and thief.

Great experience with Alain and his crew on our kitchen reno! They went above and beyond what I had expected. Al offered great advice and suggestions (which we took) and today I have a gorgeous new kitchen. I highly recommend him!

We asked for referrals and we highly recommend him. His skill level is unbelievable how he makes things happen. Took our old kitchen and tranformed into our favorite room. Was such a pleasure to work with.

I would definitely recommend this company Alain Came through on the Nextdoor app for me. I originally had a landscaper going to install a fence and they told me the wrong things to buy and then lowes screwed up my order.Alain Waited two hours while Lowe’s try to look for my order and couldn’t find it so he helped me find my whole entire order at a different company provided me receipts and communicated very easily to let me know what was going on and what he was doing. The whole entire fence was installed during my daughter’s nap time. I’m definitely gonna be using them again. Ty for everything.

I wanted a bathroom remodeled plus a room than asked if they can do a small hallway & a front door which Alain said yes too I gave him extra money for the hallway & door the hallway still needs little things done as well as the bathroom I never did get my front door installed when they worked on the room & bathroom never covered anything I have white dust on top of everything & the floors I still have a big construction bag full of debris that I'll have to get rid of. Alain is a very personable person but his crew is horrible plus he kept my money for the door & I have to clean up so beware I know there's reviews out there giving him 5 stars I wish I could too but not when you leave a mess & keep my money & the job isn't completely finished

We had a bad problem with a sewer line, a sidewalk had to be ripped up. I received 3 quotes, Alan (Alain) explained everything the best, and offered the best price. He and his crew showed up as promised (about 5 pm in the dark, in January), and worked past 1 AM to make sure we would be able to use our water. I would definitely use this company again for a big job (like an addition) or a small job (like a repair). This bad sewer line in our 150 year old house was no small job!

New garage door plus repair wall in garage. Plus sheetrocking and painting. Alain explained everything he was going to do and was on budget. Plus being a nice guy helps

We have nothing but great things to say about Alain and his entire crew!! We were in a pinch with water in our basement. Alain gave us a fair price and showed up the next day to get the job done. His crew was extremely professional and clean. They were respectful of our home and always cleaned up as they were working. We even asked them to do another job because we were so impressed with their work ethic. Good contractors are hard to find, we have horror stories - I am so glad he was referred to us! We will never call anyone else.

Alain is amazing to work with. I originally just started by getting a quote for a roof. Not only did I use him because he had a fantastic price, but the quality of the job ended up being outstanding. Within the next couple of weeks Alain also did plumbing and door installation for me and I couldn't be happier working with him and his men. The crews are respectful of property and always do a thorough clean-up when the job is complete. Alain is truly a professional and his timeliness, honesty, and fair prices are unmatched. I highly recommend him!

I have to strongly disagree with the two previous reviews. Alain Bagagem did an amazing job on my home. I even recently rehired him to do another job after finishing the first. I was impressed with the timely manner the most recent job was completed and am looking forward to working with him again.

Alain was a pleasure to work with he installed radiant floor heating in my living room and family room. Alain was very professional and a pleasure to work with I would highly recommend him.
