Steven Mancoda stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. The town's inspector sent a letter requesting information from him, e.g., building plans, site location, etc., in order to obtain an after-the-fact permit.
One of the retaining walls collapsed and needs to be rebuilt with sturdier supplies, e.g., cement, rebar. His subcontractor, Austin says he will attend to this the first weekend of January.
The trim on one side of the garage has yet to be installed.
