I cannot speak to the carpentry, but do not hire this company to do painting. The problems we had were:
1. They did not bother to do any preparation, such as sanding the gloss off enameled surfaces or scraping off peeling paint and sanding the edges.. When painting over a baked enamel surface they not only did not use any primer but painted right over rust.
2. The did not remove or protect light fixtures and painted right over decorative hardware.
3. They did not protect the floor but scraped off the paint spatters afterward, damaging the finish.
4. They did not bother to open sash windows to paint all parts of the window frame. Instead, they painted the windows shut.
5. They painted a cabinet shut.
6. They did not bother to paint the bottom edge of the baseboards.
Perhaps they do a better job on carpentry. As far as painting goes, they do a careless and slapdash job.
